All webmasters involved in marketing make use of an automatic responder (autoresponder) for all the obvious reasons. The big question is just exactly what do you do once you have the subscriber. Many seem to think that once a visitor has subscribed they want to be bombarded with sales pitches and then they will be buying from every corner of the world.. This is the biggest mistake you can make with your subscribers, you will lose them faster than what you got them.

You need to use patience and time to build a relationship with them. here is an example of how to go about this with a series of seven automatic responder (autoresponder) messages.

Lets use as an example a site dedicated to finding high paying and lucrative keywords, mainly for adsense publishers. You had some good info on your page or sales page and subscribers opted in for your newsletter.

Here is a guide on how to structure the seven automatic responder (autoresponder) messages that you will have sent out.

There are three main aspects that adsense publishers need for their sites to be successful and get visitors,

1. Good content,

2. Keywords and phrases generating traffic and which can easily be optimized for,

3. And lastly what keywords are paying high prices for clicks.

At 1 sent per click it will take an awfully long time to get to $100 let alone $1000.

Decide what it is that you would like to market to your subscribers. Two things will make sense, keyword research tools and PLR content.

Next decide on one product and create your automatic responder (autoresponder) emails according to that product. For this we will use Keyword Elite, a keyword research tool.

Message 1

This is the welcoming message the subscriber will receive just upon subscription. You have already promised him something of value for subscribing, so take him to that page now and thank him for becoming a valued subscriber.

Message 2

The subscriber will now most certainly expect a sales pitch in this email. Do not go that route, all you need to do is give some valuable useful information. In this email explain how to find the true amount of back links for a site when you are optimizing for a specific keyword or phrase.

The way in which you would go about it is by using Google and Yahoo to find out how many sites you are competing against, and which ones are at the top. You will then use Yahoo to find out how many back links each of the top ten sites have. Google is very bad at giving accurate results. You can then filter down your results and remove all the duplicates by simply adding n&=100 to the end of the search. Now you will know how to find out how many back links you are competing against to get into the top ten of a page.

Create your message by explaining each step in detail so anyone is able to follow.

Thank your subscriber for reading your mail and add in that if he has any questions he is welcome to email you and give your email address. From here on you will add this to the end of every email you send out.

In this way if you get responses from your subscribers you are able to start formulating ideas to develop products around. You will already have an eager market waiting.

Message 3

You are not going to sell yet.

In this email you explain to the subscriber step by step how to find the R/S for a keyword using free tools. Give him the link to Good Keywords and explain how to use the product.

The next part is how to go about finding the R/S of the keyword and the difference between the normal R/S and R/S using the allintitle tag.

Ask for questions and end the mail.
